Hong Kong — 11 March 2026 InnoHK Centre for Perceptual and Interactive Intelligence (CPII) and Corvinus University of Budapest (CUB) today signed a contract to launch a Hungarian-funded bilateral research project to develop a new artificial intelligence (AI) paradigm for interpretable and trustworthy AI. Supported by a research grant from the Hungarian National Research, Development and Innovation Office, CPII will validate a novel machine learning algorithm developed by CUB through case studies. The project aims to enhance pre-trained models through modular add-ons, with improvements in precision, explainability and provability.
