40 American Delegates Visit CPII to Strengthen International Collaboration
CPII was delighted to welcome approximately 40 American delegates to our office at Hong Kong Science Park on 2 December, 2024. The visit aimed to explore collaboration opportunities and share insights on innovative practices in business development and implementation. This event sought to strengthen ties between the global community and Hong Kong, focusing on key areas such as technology, research and sustainable development. Delegates engaged in discussions with our Centre Director, Professor Helen Meng, and our research staff, exchanging ideas on best practices and strategies for addressing global challenges.
During the visit, the delegation toured CPII’s facilities and laboratories, highlighting ongoing projects and initiatives. Our research teams showcased their recent outcomes, including the CPII Meeting Assistant, CPII ChatDoc Master, and AI-Enhanced Weaving-Based Freeform Sensing Interfaces.
Professor Meng expressed gratitude for the visit, stating, “We are honored to host this distinguished group. Together, we can drive positive change and create impactful solutions for the future.”
The visit concluded with a networking session, allowing delegates to connect with CPII staff and discuss future collaborative efforts.
